Our priority remains to protect the health and safety of our employees, all our customers and the communities that we serve. We have updated how we operate and have put measures in place that ensure that risks are kept a minimum. These include asking customers to remain at least 2 metres from our drivers during deliveries so avoiding face-to-face contact, wherever possible we are now e-mailing documentation and we are encouraging our customers to get in contact by phone or e-mail, rather than visit our offices. I am sure you will agree that these precautionary measures are appropriate, and your cooperation as always would be appreciated.
We would like to reassure you that EXSWIFT is well prepared when it comes to ensuring supplies to our customers. We have a strong infrastructure of depots that hold stock, a large network of delivery vehicles and a dedicated team ensuring deliveries are made in a safe manner. Whilst delivery times may be extended due to an influx in demand, we will ensure we meet our customer’s needs.
Finally, we will continue to access the situation and adapt our processes inline with changes and updates from government guidance.
